cozy, cozy, cozy
I was thrilled with the cozy Superior Double Room with Sofa where I stayed for 1 night. The attentive housekeeping ensured that everything was super clean. Plus, I loved the generous breakfast buffet that offered a good array of fresh fruits and pastries to kickstart my day.

Perfect and reasonably clean accommodation with good and unbeatable location really close to the old centre of Maastricht, internal garden, and bus stop. New-fashioned and functional rooms with kettle provided, excellent shower, as for instance, private parking. Breakfast for vegans. Excellent service at the restaurant! Amazing pool.

The truth, what's good and what's not
The staff were attentive! The beds were comfy with extra pillows.
The check-in process was annoyingly slow during busy times, affecting our initial experience at the hotel.

I liked the pool and outdoor garden area, it is quite attractive. The breakfast is very good, with fresh eggs made to order....Also, most of the rooms have a couch, so you can use the fold out bed for a child, and under 16 they stay and eat for free....it's hard to find that sort of deal anymore. It used to be standard, but in europe the rooms are generally so small, that you must pay for a cot extra. Parking is much cheaper than in the city, and wifi is free. This is a great little hotel. We also rented the bikes and rode to the centre for dinner, it was a fun way to do it!
The towels were pretty rough, need replacing. There are no extra pillows, i love extra ones....I can't really complain much with this hotel. It is particularily good for families....rather than a young couple or older couple...

friendly staff, clean, big and comfortable room, wi-fi works fine. there is a small fridge in the room which you rarely find.
it's a bit far from the city center (20-30mins walking), but they offer a shuttle bus (running every 30mins) to transport you from the hotel to the center, not the opposite direction though. The plumbing is quite noisy when taking a bath and the water pressure is low.

The staff was responsive and friendly.
Public transport options were limited, making it challenging to explore the city without a car.

modern hotel, efficient. Restaurant food very enjoyable, good service.
I think we got one of the worst rooms at the end of the corridor next to the staff service rooms. It didn't matter but why? The hotel had onl a few guests.

Arrival was smooth and helpful. One felt very welcome. The room was as good as I expected. When a fire alarm went off early in the morning and was a false alarm, staff were on all floors informing people almost immediately. Basically I felt our stay could not be faulted

I immensely enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room with Ritual products and the lovely pool area, though the breakfast setup could use some organization.

Public areas were light and airy. Separate toilet to the bathroom superb! Great the hotel has a shuttle bus service to the centre of Maastricht as it is not in the centre, great location off motorway and parking at hotel ample. The reception staff were great, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful.
The bedroom carpets need a spruce up either a good clean or replacing, the room however was cleaned to a high standard.

nice buffet, furniture and bath room with good designs
They charge us city tax by persons instead of by room and not sure how it counted, 2 nights total charge euro 20.46. Upgrade room from twin beds to twin beds with one sofa bed, said the cost is 10 euro, but charged 30euro in total.
